If you dispatch field work into Arizona more than a couple of times a month, you have probably felt the per-ticket tax: re-vetting a technician, re-explaining the site, re-negotiating a rate, and hoping someone shows up inside your SLA. A coverage retainer removes all four problems at once — and in 2026 we made our pricing fully public.
The three tiers
Essential Coverage — $2,000/month. Reserved Arizona capacity with up to 20 onsite service hours, a 24–48 hour response SLA, priority scheduling, remote troubleshooting, site assessments, photo documentation on every visit, and a monthly service report. Overage runs $100/hour with a $130 minimum dispatch ($200 for data center and smart-hands work).
Business Coverage — $3,500/month. Up to 35 onsite hours, priority response with same-day dispatch when available, quarterly site assessments, asset inventory management, vendor escort, and executive reporting. Overage drops to $95/hour.
Enterprise Arizona Partner — $6,000/month. Up to 60 onsite hours, guaranteed priority response, a dedicated technician, data center and rack-and-stack support, healthcare and restaurant technology coverage, multi-site coordination, and project management support. Additional hours at $90.
Full detail, including the standalone rate card, lives on the Arizona Field Coverage page.
What a retainer is — and is not
A retainer is reserved operational capacity: guaranteed response windows, scheduling priority, and a defined block of onsite hours for break/fix, smart hands, and assessments. It is not prepaid project labor. Rollouts, rack builds, cabling, and installations are scoped and quoted separately — usually from our fixed-price service catalog — so your monthly number stays predictable.
That separation matters. Providers who stuff project work into retainer hours either inflate the monthly fee to cover the risk or quietly under-deliver on response times when a project eats the calendar. Keeping the two apart is what lets us guarantee the SLA.
Who the math works for
- National dispatch companies paying one-off market rates for every Phoenix ticket: Essential typically pays for itself at 4–6 tickets a month, before you count the coordination time you stop spending.
- Out-of-state MSPs with Arizona clients: a Business retainer costs roughly a third of a fully-burdened field hire, with no recruiting, no truck, and no bench risk.
- Multi-site operators (restaurant groups, retail, clinics): included assessments and asset inventory mean your sites get healthier every quarter, not just patched.
What every visit includes
Photo documentation, a work log entry, parts and serials recorded, and a next-action recommendation. Monthly, you get hours used and remaining, the visit list, and SLA performance. Business and Enterprise tiers add a quarterly executive business review.
